After confirming your registration details, we will verify your identity with verification documents. In the unlikely event that your application details are incomplete, we will contact you by e-mail. Please note that incomplete details may be delayed the shipment.
After confirming the application process, we will prepare for shipment. It will be post-mailed by Yu-Packet to the specified shipping address. The postage is free in Japan. Those who live on remote islands will also be provided free of charge.
Configuring the device, please follow the user manual after the device arrives. If the device is broken or defective at the time of delivery, please contact our support team. 。Please refer our Terms of Service. Printable document can be found it here.
